What were your initial issues before implementing AGRIMARKET and WPRIOP solutions? How do they meet your current needs?

“Before implementing WPRIOP, we faced challenges in managing our sales positions, with ever more varied offers and increasingly volatile markets. WPRIOP meets these needs by enabling us to manage and value our sales positions in real time. 

Thanks to GRAINBOW, we now have dashboards with KPIs calculated in real time. We regularly carry out stress-tests, option-taking simulations and margin calls. 

Before AGRIMARKET and E-crop, we used to realize contracts on paper which was time-consuming. Farmers are evolving, and we wanted to provide them an innovative solution, including real-time market-indexed offers.
With AGRIMARKET, farmers take control of their sales”.

What features are you using with AGRIMARKET?

“Online grain contracting is by far the most important feature of our service”.

What proportion of your collect is realized by AGRIMARKET?

“100% of our grain collection is realized by AGRIMARKET, 33% are made by the farmers and 67% by our technical sales representatives.            
The SMS code used by the technical sales representative to validate the contract is a major advantage of AGRIMARKET. AGRIMARKET is a tool designed for both farmers and technical sales staff”.

How many users have AGRIMARKET and what exactly are they used for?

“Today, we have 37 technical sales representatives and 5 assistants at the headquarter who are using AGRIMARKET to contract for the farmer.
In addition, 4 sales manager use AGRIMARKET for contracting and management. A sales manager has access to all farmers, not just those in his portfolio”.

What kind of offers do you have for your farmers?

“We offer to our farmers : 
– Firm price offers
– Commitment offers
– Real-time market-indexed offers
– Target price offers
– Basis offers”

In your opinion, what are the advantages/strengths of AGRIMARKET? 

“AGRIMARKET offers us efficient volume and price management, which is a major advantage”.

What does the position management tool of GRAINBOW allow you to do?

“GRAINBOW’s risk management software allows us to manage price risk and value our trading position accurately and efficiently”.

How does the integration of purchase/sale contracts work with the position management tool?

“Purchase/sale contracts are automatically integrated into risk management software through an interface with our ERP for physical contracts and through CLEAX module for futures contracts.
CLEAX not only automates the integration of futures contracts but also calculates our margin calls and anticipates our cash flow needs”.
