The support teams are on the front line with the customers, they are there every day to help them in their use of our solutions. They are in charge of keeping customers satisfied, just like the sales team. The maintenance teams provide hundreds of solutions every day for all the group’s products. The technical department keeps production equipment up to date and ensures a good technical working environment. They are both reactive and organized, which allows them to maintain a good level of satisfaction. They are in constant contact with the development teams, project managers and sales. Always pleasant and ready to help, they are not the last to joke in the break room.
